Even with all the surrounding attractions of the Minervois valley, once you have settled in, you may not want to venture much further.

Our 100 year old residence is set in the middle of Olonzac and is adjacent to the municipal park, which once was part of this house! The 3-storey mansion was originally built by a wealthy wine producer, Eloi Merle, and we have found many original records, bottles and photos of the Merle family, some of which are on display around the house. All our rooms are en-suite with a shower or bath plus WC.

Our large garden gives the house an air of peace and tranquility. Most breakfasts are served on the terrace. Continental or English, by request!

There is a large swimming-pool away from the main house.

1 Bedroom for 1 or 2 persons per night 60 euro HT. Discount for 4 nights or more. Double or Twin beds available.

For more than two persons, per room there will be a supplement of 10 euros HT per night
